In the spirit of Blog Feeds, I've made a:

• Blog roll which you can peruse to see how I stay up to date / some channels you might wish to take up yourself.

• RSS Feed which you can subscribe to, at that link.

  I will attempt to keep it up to date, but it's no guarantee. I hand-build it, so for major posts, I might update it. Or I might spam you, who knows! Buyer beware.
