Generating a template

Added a small bit of automation to the website.

I added a script that lets me generate html files based on a template. I use m4 to synthesize the file from the template.

It also generates some html (in that file) that I can also copy paste into my index.html to update the site's listings.

I specifically did not want it to manipulate the index.html directly. I think that would be too messy to make it work correctly, since it would have to find the right location to insert the html.

It's a very pleasant script to use. It does everything I need it to do, and asks for nothing but the least.

In the process of writing the script, I was testing it by synthesizing some templates. I deleted the generated files, but also accidentally deleted the generation script. 🙃
